The brief

Graeme Dingle Foundation had recorded a series of webinars during Covid. These were initially edited into three extended videos.

At the end of 2025, the Foundation revisited the material to create an on-demand series:
“Brain Development and Maximising Adolescent Relationships Workshop.”

The brief was to:

  • Repurpose the original webinar content into a structured, digestible series

  • Extract and reorganise the best material from the three long-form edits

  • Create 8 separate topic-based videos that feel cohesive as a set

  • Improve the viewer experience with polished pacing, titles, and visual structure

  • Add licensed music where it supported the tone and flow

Intent

The intent was simple: make the content easier to consume, easier to reuse, and more useful.

Instead of asking viewers to sit through three long videos, the goal was to create:

  • Shorter videos focused on specific topics

  • A “series” experience that feels consistent and professional

  • Clear learning modules that can be watched in order or as stand-alone clips
